Welcome to your coastal retreat in the highly sought-after, family-friendly Bishops Landing community. This thoughtfully designed two-level townhome comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with a clean, spacious layout perfect for group getaways.
Enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a beach shuttle, multiple pools, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, stocked catch-and-release fishing ponds, a pier, and a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring fitness and yoga facilities.
The open-concept living and dining area offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a cozy indoor fireplace, and a convenient half bath. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, a premium gas stove, cooking essentials, and ample dining space for gathering over shared meals.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs, providing a quiet retreat away from the main living areas — and each bedroom includes its own Smart TV for added comfort and convenience.
Things to Know:
• This home requires a 7-night minimum stay, checking in and checking out on Saturdays only, year-round.
• There is a $125 amenity fee for all reservations, as well as a signed rental agreement, which must be completed at least 10 days prior to your arrival.
• You must be at least 25 to rent this home.
• Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• Upon departure, be sure to leave all keys and amenity access cards in the home. Replacement fee for these items is $150.
