Cozy vacation home (65 m²) with a terrace and two bedrooms

A cozy vacation home at an elevation of about 500 meters, just a few kilometers from Vohenstrauß and south of Weiden in the village of Böhmischbrück. Guests can enjoy long hikes as well as day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Nuremberg, Regensburg, and other destinations. The vacation home sits on a 500-square-meter lot and has a living area of 65 square meters. The first floor features a living room with a dining area, satellite TV, a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, and a guest restroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. Upstairs is the entrance to the house, a large and a small bedroom—each sleeping two people with a double bed or two single beds, respectively—and the bathroom. From the terrace, you can look out over the Pfreimd Reservoir below into the Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented on site. Payment of the booking amount is due by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival. No youth groups allowed! Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent them on site. A one-time fee of 25 euros applies for bringing a pet. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Alternative check-in and check-out times can be arranged personally. Rentals to youth groups and construction workers are not permitted. No fitters, no youth groups!
