Welcome to your private beachfront retreat—two beautiful homes on one property, perfect for groups, families, or couples traveling together. The Cottage

Your charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is the ideal hideaway for peaceful relaxation or a romantic couple’s escape. Cozy living spaces, soft coastal décor, and a private deck with seating make it effortless to unwind.

You’re just steps from the shoreline, and we’ve equipped the cottage with everything you need for a carefree stay—beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, toiletries, and even a washer and dryer.

The bedroom features a luxurious queen bed with fresh linens, while the fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, a blender, coffee maker, baking sheets, serving trays, a full dish set, and a grill for outdoor cooking.

The Main House

Your spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom beachfront home is designed for easy gathering, elevated comfort, and stunning views at every turn. Upstairs, you’ll find a full entertainment room featuring a wet bar, a Murphy twin bed, and a private deck complete with outdoor seating and a fire pit overlooking the bay.

Inside, thoughtful amenities make your stay seamless—beach gear, toiletries in every bathroom, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower for sandy feet.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Primary Suite: King bed, private TV, full en suite

Second Bedroom: King bed, private TV, full bath steps away

Third Bedroom: Queen bed + two built-in bunks, with its own bathroom nearby

There is a $1,000 fine for any sign of smoking in addition to cost to replace any damaged items. There is a $1,500 fine for partying, including large number of unauthorized guests and sustained elevated noise. All unapproved late checkouts will incur a $25 per hour fine.
