The vacation rental is located in the center of Eichenberg. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of fields, meadows, and the forest. Our house has a living room, and parking spaces are available right next to the house. There is a storage area for bicycles or surfboards you bring with you. The self-contained, very well-equipped vacation rental (73 square meters) is suitable for 5 people. It is located on the 1st floor (attic) and consists of: 1 twin bedroom with a balcony and a triple bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dining area, a sofa and armchair set, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Additional amenities: satellite TV, crib and high chair, coffee maker, microwave, bread roll service, shared use of a washing machine. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: A tourist tax of 1.50 EUR per adult per night will be charged separately on-site. Payment is due upon arrival on-site. Electricity charged as used at 0.50 EUR/kWh. Final cleaning fee: 50 EUR. The apartment is not suitable for contractors. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
