Say goodbye to squeezing into tiny hotel rooms or taking turns on the air mattress. With your own spacious 2-bedroom condo, your family can spread out, relax, and actually enjoy time together, without stepping on each other’s toes. With a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and cozy living space, you’ll feel right at home while enjoying resort-style amenities just steps away.

We have for you:

- First Bedroom: King bed because every family trip needs at least one "I’m not getting up early" sleeper.
- Second Bedroom: Queen or Two Twin beds perfect for siblings, cousins, or friends (can be joined upon request).
- Living Room: Queen Murphy bed, dining area, and private balcony for your morning coffee or evening unwind.

• This is a timeshare condo, and this property has multiple two-bedroom units. Some have two twin beds in the second bedroom, and some have a queen bed.

- Fully equipped kitchen: Cook your favorite meals with a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and all the kitchen basics, because dining out every meal? Not always a dream when traveling with a crew.

• Shuttle Services Exclusively for our resort to and From Coachella and Stagecoach so you can focus on enjoying the festivals to the fullest without any transportation worries.

Check-in is simple at our friendly, fully staffed front desk, where we’re happy to hold your luggage before or after your stay, so you can focus on family fun, not logistics.

Our desert resort is designed to help everyone, from toddlers to grandparents, relax, recharge, and play together:

- Fitness Center – Stay active, even on vacation.
- Game Room Fun – Pool table, shuffleboard, and more family-friendly competition.
- Convenience Store – Forgot sunscreen? Need snacks? We’ve got you covered.
- The Spa at Indio – Treat yourself to massages and facials (services available at an extra cost).

All resort amenities are shared with fellow guests, but your suite is 100% private, a cozy space to unwind, recharge, and enjoy.

Other things to note:
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in.
- The guest who books the stay must be physically present at the time of check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.
- This is a timeshare condo within a hotel-style apartment complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit.
- Spa services are available on-site, but they’re not included in your reservation. Feel free to stop by the spa desk to book your favorite treatment when you arrive.
- Just close by the resort, you’ll find one of the area’s most scenic golf courses with mountain views and wide-open fairways. It’s open to the public but not included in your reservation. Simply stop by the golf club front desk to check in and book your tee time.
- Shuttle services are only available during music festivals and are not included in the booking fees; they can be purchased in the main lobby. It is independently operated and not affiliated with Coachella, Stagecoach, or our property.
- Shuttle passes are $145 per person for the entire weekend, with shuttles running approximately every 30 minutes (14 shuttles total). - Please note that we do not manage this service; we simply provide information on the provider, and pricing is determined by them.
- This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you, we recommend politely declining their invitation.
