🚫 House Guidelines
🔇 No Parties or Loud Noise: Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🔒 Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them.
🛋️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out.
🦟 Florida Wildlife & Pests: Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence.
📸 Security Camera
A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay.
📺 Additional TV Services
If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages (such as premium channels or special bundles), the cost must be covered by the guest. Management is not responsible for unauthorized additional charges. 💳

🐶 Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (SMALL BREED ONLY). The fee is $60 for each small dog. All dogs must be declared in advance.

✔️ No pets on furniture – Please bring your pet’s bedding

✔️ Florida is home to diverse wildlife & insects. While we provide regular pest control, it’s common to see some during your stay.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
🏠 The property may be subject to annual inspections by the city, bank, or insurance company.
If this occurs during a reservation and the guest is not present, the property manager will access the home to attend the inspection.
