Beach Club Bristol 0502 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury Gulf Front condo with sweeping views from the living, dining, kitchen and the master bedroom! Its spacious split layout is perfect for families looking to relax and unwind!
B502 has a furnished balcony for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf! The fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances is ready for all your meal preparation. The primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a king bed, floor to ceiling windows with balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double sink vanity and a large, tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for additional guests, with one twin bed and one full bed, plus and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An additional half bath is accessible from the hallway. Washer and dryer in laundry room off the kitchen. There is no sofa sleeper.
The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience.
Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.
If you book this condo, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower and you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant on the second floor of the clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of the clubhouse, plus, the shops and sports bar & grill near the entry of the property, and charcoal grills without additional fees.
The owner is a member of the Clubhouse, and the private amenities are available with a daily fee of $45 per condo, not per person, which is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk for the only the days you choose, if any. The clubhouse amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and children's activities.
Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas but must be removed each night. Amenities at Beach Club are seasonal. Usually, at least one restaurant with a bar is open year-round. The rental rate is based on the season. Typically, all amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fireworks display is scheduled for the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, when weather permits.
