Welcome to your Frisco getaway, a spacious home designed for comfortable group stays. This home is truly one of kind featuring 2 game areas, a large pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, a pool table, foosball, and life-size games, creating an ideal setting for entertaining and unwinding. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Frisco’s top attractions, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, space, and outdoor fun.
Your Property:
Inside- This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for comfortable group stays, offering plenty of space to relax, gather, and entertain. The main level features a private bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-home laundry room, and a formal dining area perfect for shared meals. Guests can unwind in the inviting living room or enjoy the dedicated game space complete with a pool table and TV.
Upstairs, you’ll find an additional game area with board games and foosball as well as three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed, including one room with a queen bunk bed—ideal for families or groups. The upper level also includes one full bathroom and a convenient half bath, ensuring comfort and ease for all guests throughout the stay.
Outside- Enjoy a fully-fenced yard with a large pool, hot tub, outdoor furniture, life-size Jenga & Connect 4, a propane grill, pool towels, outdoor fireplace, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area for 10!
NOTE: As of January 2025, the pool and spa are not heated.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. Free garage and driveway parking is available on-site. Check-in is easy with a secure access code provided prior to arrival.
