2nd Floor:
- Guest Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2): Trundle/daybed, Smart TV, access to half bath. This is an open flex space and does not have a private door, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

• Beach Access: Public Dune Allen Beach Access is approximately a 1-minute walk and offers parking, restrooms, and seasonal beach services nearby.

• Beach Gear: 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 17 beach towels, paddleboard, surfboard, and inflatable boat with paddle are provided.

Optional Fees
• Pool & Spa Heating: Available October–April for $70 per night. Please request heating prior to arrival.
• Baby Gear: Crib, Pack 'n Play, and high chair available for $50 each per stay.
• Pet Fee: $250 per pet, non-refundable (maximum of 2 dogs under 60 lbs).

Pet Policy
• Dogs welcome (maximum of 2).
• Pets must be under 60 lbs.
• No cats.

Booking Information
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Events are not permitted unless pre-approved.
• Families of all ages are welcome. For non-family groups, the primary guest must be 25 years or older.
• This property follows a non-refundable cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
• A mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 21 nights or longer.
