The house was renovated in 2018–2019 to create a cozy, German-style home. The large, covered porch features a cozy lounge area and an outdoor kitchen. It’s fun to cook and eat together outdoors here and start the sunny day with a leisurely breakfast. In the evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the cozy lounge area.
Upon entering the house, you first arrive in the entryway, from which you can access the bedroom, bathroom, and living room—which opens onto the kitchen. In addition to a dining table, there is also a single bed (80x200) in this area. This space can be separated with a curtain. For those who want to work on their laptops, there’s also a tall desk. The bedroom features a double bed (140x200) and a large closet with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower. When it’s hot outside, there’s an outdoor shower attached to the house, with hot water supplied by a solar-heated tank.
The second living-bedroom has two single beds (90x200 each) arranged in an L-shape. This room can also be used as a living room and features a small closet, a sideboard, and a TV with German satellite channels. A separate door leads from here to a second terrace and the outdoor area. You can also access the indoor kitchen through this room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, sink, cabinets, and shelves, as well as a washing machine. A coffee maker and hand blender are handy appliances.
There is plenty of space in the garden area. Cars can be conveniently parked next to the house. Here, you can barbecue, sunbathe, relax, or take a refreshing dip in the above-ground pool.
