You’ll reach the entrance from the parking lot via 7 steps through your private access. You’ll enter your 60-square-meter vacation home through the private entrance and find yourself in the entryway with the kitchen and dining area. Right around the corner, you’ll find your coat closet. Straight ahead, you’ll see your cozy TV corner with a 50-inch (1.27 m) Samsung Smart TV. Of course, the vacation apartment also features high-speed internet with speeds of up to 100 Mbit, making streaming possible. To the right is your private bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, an H3 mattress, and two closets—one for him and one for her. At 14 square meters, the bedroom is very spacious. Right next to it is your 9-square-meter spa-style bathroom. The living room, with an open kitchen, range hood, and dining area, measures approximately 36 square meters. The living area also features a convertible sofa with a sleeping surface of 140 cm x 200 cm. The apartment is brand-new.
