This vacation rental for 2 people is located on the first floor of a small building in the Upper Town. The cottage is situated on a small cul-de-sac about 50 meters from the street. As a result, the apartment is quiet and relaxing despite its central location.<br><br>The apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers internet access. The materials used are environmentally friendly and suitable for people with allergies.<br><br>The kitchen-living room has a beautiful old wooden floor and is equipped with a functional new kitchenette. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a 2-burner stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster. The flat-screen TV is also located here in the kitchen, across from the dining area.<br><br>The allergy-friendly carpet in the bedroom keeps your feet warm, and the modern double bed (1.60 wide) is equipped with high-quality mattresses. The moisture-regulating tuff stone walls promote healthy sleep, and the windows are fitted with blackout blinds.<br><br>The bedroom leads directly into the bathroom, which is spacious and features a large shower, sink, and toilet. Towels are, of course, provided free of charge for our guests.<br><br>You also have access to the main house (No. 17) and thus to the shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, a place to hang your laundry to dry, and an ironing station.<br><br>If you bring bicycles, you can store them securely and dry in the main house.<br><br>In front of the building is a small patio with a seating area for our guests.
