Separate dining area—dining set consisting of a solid beech table with 4 designer chairs. Kitchen with range hood, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Cookware, tableware, glasses, and silverware are provided. Bathroom with black and white wall and floor tiles, heated floors, shower, hair dryer, makeup mirror, mirror cabinet with base cabinet, and washing machine. Separate toilet with applewood-look flooring. Bedding, towels, and dish towels are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi. Suitable for people with allergies; the apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Small terrace in an idyllic backyard with a seating area. An external breakfast service can be booked as an add-on. You’ll find primarily high-quality solid wood furniture in our vacation apartments, with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom. Since we’re active in the organic sector ourselves, we have relevant experience and have selected furnishings and materials for you that we also use in our own homes. We’ve designed the apartments with great attention to detail, and now your adventure exploring the many sights of historic Regensburg can begin. Upon request, an underground parking space (not a duplex) located 150 meters from the apartment can be provided. A free, lockable bike shed is available. In addition, 3 rental bikes are available free of charge. A deposit of 30% is due within 7 days of booking. An underground parking space (not a duplex) can be booked upon request for a fee of 13.00 EUR per day. A crib, high chair, and travel cot are available for an additional 10.00 EUR. For last-minute bookings, please contact us regarding key pickup. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Keys are provided via a safe or in person. Check-in is also possible at night. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM.
