Enjoy a peaceful stay at this custom designed and newly renovated 3-bedroom home in a quiet country neighborhood. This home is just 3.5 miles from historic downtown Denison. Lake Texoma and Choctaw Casino are also favorite attractions. This enchanting home features one king bed in a large master suite with TV and spacious master bathroom with large walk-in closet. Two roomy guest bedrooms with queen beds and TVs. If private workspace is needed, take advantage of the full-size desk in one of the guest bedrooms. Wi-Fi available. Large open concept living area and kitchen. Living area provides additional sleep space with sofa bed. Prepare meals in the spacious stocked kitchen or step outside to fire up the gas grill. Oversized mudroom with large capacity washer and dryer for those extended stays. Just outside the mudroom you will find a cozy hot tub to unwind. Have a drink at the high-top table on the upper patio or gather around the fire pit down on the flagstone patio surrounded by outdoor seating. This house promises a memorable tranquil stay in Denison, TX!

Such a beautiful, comfortable cozy place and it’s somewhat in the country but close enough to everything in the city and Tiffany and Tate are great at communication and every thing you need is at the house and the amenities are great. We will definitely stay again.!!

This was a spacious, beautiful home in pristine condition. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay. (Wish it could have been longer, because this house was so comfortable we didn't want to leave!) We arrived after dark and Google directed us along a route that had lots of turns down dark country roads, but once we arrived at the well-lit house we felt safe and sound. 100% would stay again and recommend this to others.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. It’s even more nice in person. The amenities are top tier, they seemed to have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable and you can tell that care and love was put into the layout and decor. The hosts were super kind and accommodating. My boys just moved to the area and I will 100% rent again. Don’t hesitate, rent this home!

This home was delicately designed & decorated from the inside, out. The hosts considered all aspects needed in a home-away-from-home; seasonings, coffees, sweetners, cookware, extra bedding, firewood/starters. They were communicative & quick to respond when a message was sent. The welcoming tray with the handmade note was a touch that brought smiles as soon as we saw it. Thank yall both for the great stay & hospitality!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described, spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the living spaces were inviting, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make our stay easy and relaxing.The location was perfect and made getting around simple and convenient. We especially appreciated how peaceful and comfortable the property felt, it truly allowed us to unwind and enjoy our time away.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Ich hab mit meinem Kollegen hier gut 2 Wochen gewohnt und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.Alles war super, großes sauberes und hervorragend ausgestattes Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Super auch der HotTube, den wir nach anstrengenden Arbeitstagen gerne genutzt haben. Nicht zu vergessen der Grill und die Feuerschale.Sehr ruhig gelegen ohne jeglichen Durchgangsverkehr.Tate und Tiffany waren immer zu erreichen.Die Klimaanlage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für Europäer, da es hier überall warm oder kalt wurde. Eine Regelung für jedes Zimmer scheint es nicht zu geben.Die beiden Stühle auf der Hausterrasse waren etwas unbequem und zu hoch.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und kommen bestimmt wieder.Alles Gute euch beiden.
