Welcome to The Livingston Lodge & Cottage! This two-home retreat, nestled on 20 acres, offers valley, orchard, and mountain views. Just a short walk to a local winery and close to Lake Osoyoos, hiking, golfing, and the Canadian border.
The Lodge and Cottage are located right next to one another, connected by a short, easy walk. Designed for groups who want to stay close while enjoying their own space. Set among open grass pastures with seasonal grazing cattle, the property offers a serene countryside backdrop with sweeping valley and mountain views.

Cottage (1 Bed / 1 Bath):

• Bathroom: 1 full bathroom
• Living space: Living room with 50” TV, dedicated work station and Queen pull-out sofa

Winter Weather/Snow Policy: The property is off a county-maintained road and snow is cleared from the driveway to the street by the property manager as well. Travel insurance is recommended for potential road closures. Cancellation policy remains as agreed. Snow shovels and driveway salt are provided.
Event & Commercial Filming Policy: All events and commercial photography/filming must be pre-approved prior to booking. A non-refundable fee will apply for both events and commercial activities. Please contact us in advance to discuss details and obtain approval. Unauthorized events or filming may result in additional charges or cancellation.
Pet Fee: $100 per stay (if applicable).
Please Note: The lower level of the Lodge (basement) is privately occupied by the property manager, with no shared spaces. The manager has a separate entrance, and the connecting door is locked for privacy and security.
