Vacation apartment with a loggia

This 50-square-meter non-smoking apartment is located on the second floor and features a covered balcony/loggia. Thanks to its south-facing location, you can enjoy the sunshine well into the evening. The spacious living and dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa (with a pull-out bed, sleeping surface 1.40 x 1.80 m), an armchair, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table with four chairs. From there, you can also access the balcony/loggia, which is furnished with patio furniture. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. An electric tabletop grill is also available for your use. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large closet. The bathroom (with a window) features a shower/tub combination, toilet, sink, and mirror cabinet. A parking space (No. 21) and bicycle storage room (No. 2) are also available on the property. Payment is due via bank transfer. Payment must be made within the next 14 days. For last-minute bookings, the bank transfer must be made immediately, but no later than two days before arrival. A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight. Later check-ins are theoretically possible as well. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The price includes final cleaning. The tourist tax must be paid on-site at the Tourist Information office. Please bring your own bed linens and towels; please note that the mattress is one continuous piece. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee of 10 euros per day).
