Inside, guests find a fabulous space featuring one queen bed and one full bed and a sofa bed, perfect for a small group or family. Two bathrooms add convenience, making mornings and evenings easy to manage. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, and more. A sizable balcony offers beach and bay views. Parking is easy with TWO reserved garage parking spaces, as well as (free) street parking. Beach chairs, umbrellas, kites and boogie boards are available for use. An elevator makes your move-in and move-out easy, or you may take the stairs up three flights for some added exercise. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this beach retreat offers a welcoming spot to unwind. We require 7-night stays in July and August, and will accommodate shorter stays in the off season. This is our personal home and is not a full-time rental unit. It's been in our family for over 25 years. You'll notice our personal touches in the unit, rather than a sparse unit made for a constant turnover of renters. Our place will help you experience everything Ocean City has to offer at a very desirable midtown location.
