Wooden house on a lake with beach & playground (opt. rental car)

Cosy, isolated wooden house for relaxing holidays in the Algarve, on a very large, secluded private lakeside property, south-west facing, with lake views, WiFi, large smart TV, fireplace, outdoor shower & lovely terrace with sunset views.
Due to the good insulation, it is about 10° cooler inside the house in summer than outside.
This eliminates the need for air conditioning.
The entire house is equipped with mosquito protection, although we hardly have any mosquitoes here. In addition, the entire terrace area can be transformed into a cozy conservatory with sun, wind and rain protection.

We are approximately 20km north of Albufeira and have our own large beach with exclusive sea access.

Absolutely quiet location in the midst of nature in southern Portugal.
No traffic, no planes, no tourists - but sunny southern exposure
with lake view, lake use and a fantastic starry sky.

Fishing and swimming in the lake is a matter of course.

We have nothing against pets, however we do not want larger animals in this exclusive property itself. A spacious kennel is available next to the wooden house.

The equipment includes:
A living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms with a sink and each sleeping up to 3 people, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, a spacious terrace with BBQ and terrace heating (in winter) and an outdoor shower.

The living space is furnished with a 5 seater corner couch, coffee table, chest of drawers, stool, shelf, mirror, Smart TV - Astra & Portuguese TV, DVD player & a new 15Kg pellet fireplace.

The bedroom on the left has a sink with mirror cabinet and can (!) be equipped with 3 possible options:
- a lower KingSize double bed 200cmx180cm and an upper single bed
with 200cmx90cm or (as desired)
- two lower single beds each 200cmx90cm (separated) and one
upper single bed with 200cmx90cm or (!) also as
!
- Children's room (+ one-time fee of 100€ for assembly and dismantling!)
below completely without beds, but with children's kitchen, stools, children's table, space
for toys etc. - and an upper single bed with 200cmx90cm (bunk bed)
When converting to a children's room, the minimum rental period is 7 nights!
Children's high chair and additional/travel cot available.

The right bedroom has a lower double bed 200cmx140cm and an upper single bed 200cmx90cm.
In addition, it has a sink with a mirrored cabinet and, if required, a computer desk with a chair and lamp, or just a small, chic bedside table with a lamp.
Both bedrooms can be completely darkened with an external sunscreen (for "sleeping in late").

The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, large fridge with freezer, sink, professional coffee machine, oven, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, orange squeezer, spacious work surfaces and plenty of shelves.

On the terrace there is a large table with 8 chairs, a BBQ with gas (incl.) and a patio heater in winter with gas (this is charged separately).

Linen, towels and gas for shower and stove are also included for normal operation.

Our large playground for children with a large trampoline, "tree house", slide, 2 swings, sand box and lots of beach sand is right in front of the door, with a good distance to the bungalow (second rental property) about 100m away.

There are 2 kayaks available that can be used free of charge, including seats, life jackets and paddles.

If the bungalow is rented at the same time, the playground, kayaks and beach are available to both renting parties. Agreements among each other allow individual use. I'm happy to help.

We have a great solar boat with which you can navigate and discover the reservoir with up to 4 people (+1 child). It has 2 speeds, a table with 4 cup holders, Bose sound box with BT, horn, light and anchor.
When the sun is out you can ride without a time limit. 50€ daily rent (250€ deposit).

You can also rent our stylish white Ford Focus Diesel with personal airport transfer. Please ask for availability and the current price. Currently 50€ daily rent & 500€ deposit, incl. insurance, kilometers and if necessary. child seats.
Pick-up from the airport including a shopping stop at the supermarket plus a return trip to your departure is available for 90€.

Your care is provided on site directly by the landlord.

We have a 5-year-old, very well-behaved, child-, dog- and cat-friendly Boerboel bitch, running free on the property, which, despite repeated requests, is not allowed to be taken with us after the holiday! ;O)

The next larger town is São Bartolomeu de Messines with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, gas stations etc., less than 10 minutes away by car.
The ocean beach of Albufeira and Armacão de Pera is only about 20km away from Messines. Carvoeiro and Portimão about 25-30km.
