The vacation village is located in a rural area. For this reason, internet access at this house is available exclusively via the LTE mobile network. Due to high network traffic, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a stable and reliable internet connection at all times.

For bookings made via 02.02.2026, utility costs are included in the price as a flat rate.
Charging your car is billed based on usage.

Dogs are allowed (max. 2, subject to size approval); a flat rate of 90 euros per week applies.
Please understand that no other pets (except dogs) are permitted.

Linens are available for a fee:
Bed linens: 13 euros per person
Towel package (1 hand towel + 1 bath towel, 1 shower mat per bathroom, 2 dish towels) 11 euros per person
Sauna towel 5 euros each
You will receive the linens you booked on the day of arrival at the Via Claudia office.
On the day of departure, please leave them in the annex at the Via Claudia 30 office.


Adult: 1.60 euros per day
Children ages 6–15: 0.80 euros per day


A deposit of 250 euros is required for your reservation; the remaining balance must be transferred 4 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 14 days, provided no damage has occurred.


Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival.
From 42 days prior: 80% of the total cost.
From 8 days prior or in case of no-show: 100%.
The above fees apply regardless of whether we are able to re-rent the property.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
