Offering private lake access, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and a peaceful natural setting, this chalet is the perfect place to unwind with family or friends while staying close to local services and regional attractions.



The Space:

This warm and inviting chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests and features a comfortable, well-designed living space right on Lake Clair in Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson. Built on a sloped lot, the chalet provides direct lake access via a private staircase leading to the water—ideal for fully enjoying the natural and tranquil surroundings.



With an indoor fireplace, outdoor fireplace, and spaces designed for socializing, Chalet Lac Clair is perfect for a relaxing getaway in nature, all year round.

You may notice a hot tub outside. Please note that it is currently **not operational** and is unavailable for use during your stay.



Important information:

• The water in the chalet is not potable; an 18-liter water dispenser and a carafe are available for drinking and cooking. For stays longer than 2 nights, please plan for additional water.

***Please note that the terrace is not shoveled, but a shovel is available if you’d like to clear it.

**Fireworks are prohibited at all times.

* No sound systems are permitted outside the chalet, and outdoor noise is not permitted after 9:00 PM.



• Guests must be 25 years old or older to make a reservation.



Guest Access:

- Guests have exclusive access to the entire chalet during their stay, including indoor spaces, outdoor facilities, and private lake access.



- Detailed check-in and access instructions will be provided before your stay to ensure a smooth and self-guided arrival.

• Parc régional de la Forêt Ouareau (hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing – depending on the season)

- Jean Coutu / Familiprix : ~5 minutes

- Dépanneur Couche-Tard / IGA : ~5 minutes

- SAQ Sélect Mont-Tremblant : ~15 minutes



Other Things to Note:

• No smoking in the chalet

• Guests must be 25 years old or older to make a reservation.

• Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

• Music on the dock is not permitted at any time of the day.

• No pets allowed

• Unauthorized parties and events are prohibited

• Respect for neighbors, quiet, and the natural environment is essential

• Chalet water is not drinkable (bring drinking water)

• Lake access is via a staircase — caution required, especially with children

• Personal watercraft and boats are not permitted.

• Full rules and stay instructions will be provided before arrival
