This warm, treehouse-style condo is designed for making memories year-round. Spread across multiple levels, it balances spacious gathering areas with private retreats—plus outdoor adventure right outside the door. It’s the kind of place families return to in every season.

The condo sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, ideal for extended or multi-generational families. Hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and expansive windows fill the main living space with natural light and wooded views with glimpses of Rangeley Lake. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the room, creating a cozy spot for games, stories, and relaxed evenings together.

Sleeping Arrangements

Bedrooms are thoughtfully separated for privacy:

Second floor: King bedroom with adjoining bunk room

Third floor: Queen bedroom with futon, plus an oversized bunk room ideal for teens or mixed-age groups

Additionally, a queen pull out sofa is available on the first floor. Multiple bathrooms across levels help streamline mornings and bedtimes.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area keeps everyone connected without feeling crowded. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry and granite countertops, making group meals easy. A wide selection of books and games adds to the home’s family-friendly feel.

A private deck off the main living area overlooks the woods and lake—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The primary bedroom includes its own small, adults-only deck for a quiet retreat.

Downstairs, the basement play space features a ping-pong table, dry bar, and indoor basketball hoop—perfect for rainy days or friendly competition. A cozy sitting nook near the main living area offers a quieter place to read or unwind.

Outdoor Access & Location

The condo is just half a mile from downtown Rangeley’s shops and restaurants. Nearby attractions include hiking at Rangeley Lake State Park, waterfalls like Angel Falls and Cascade Stream Gorge, live shows at the Lakeside Theater, and year-round family fun at Moose Alley. Boat and watercraft rentals are available locally.

Winter Adventures

In winter, snowmobile trails connect directly from the driveway. Saddleback Mountain—recently ranked the No. 1 ski resort in the Eastern U.S. in SKI Magazine’s 2026 Reader Resort Survey—is a quick 15 minute drive, along with Sugarloaf Ski Area about 40 minutes away. The Rangeley Lakes Trail Center offers groomed trails for cross-country skiing, fat biking, and snowshoeing.

Very restful and family-friendly space so convenient to town! We rented a pontoon boat one day and Rangeley Lake was wonderful. Great swimming and kayaking!

Great Stay

Stayed for 4 nights, skiied Saddleback and then came back to a wonderful house with lots of space and a warm and welcome environment. Hosts were super responsive and we had a fantastic stay!

Lakeside Retreat

Rangeley is a wonderful place to vacation with multiple lakes and mountains to enjoy. The condo is in a great location, within walking distance of town. Our hosts were very hospitable, easy to communicate with and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great stay

Loved the property and town. Will definitely be back! Lots to do in the area even in the summer if you love the outdoors - hiking, kayaking, swimming, scenic drives, farm stands etc. The condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the creature comforts you need.

Our family cane to Rangeley for a weekend of skiing at Saddleback. The accommodations were outstanding and our hosts were wonderful. I would highly recommend the unit and if we return to the area I would stay again.

Tranquil stay

Our stay in Rangeley was lovely. This property was nice and quiet. Our boys played a lot in the back yard and down on the beach. We made good use of the Kayaks on the lake. Mountain biking at Saddleback was amazing. The house was clean and as expected. We had a great relaxing time

Rangeley Lake Condo

Very nice three story condo. Private beach with kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Easy drive to multiple hiking trails including Angel Falls and Small Falls. Dog friendly community and short walk to town. Great for family, teens, and friends.

Great place and location!

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Rangeley. Our kids loved the “treehouse!” We stayed during the winter, but it would be a perfect spot for the summer months. They had anything we needed in the kitchen, and the wood shed fully stocked for cozy fires. There was plenty of room for 9 of us to sleep comfortably, and the game room was an added bonus. The location is very convenient and an easy walk into town. Samir responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We are considering staying here again when we need extra space to accommodate our family.

Exceeded all expectations

Everything about this property is ideal for a Rangelely getaway. The home is truly lovely, spacious yet cozy, and well-appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen, fun game tables in the basement, and lots of cozy blankets. The beds were all super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the beautiful fireplace and a plentiful supply of firewood. The location is perfect, with pretty views of the lake and a quick drive to town and Saddleback. Access via the door code was simple, and the host very responsive. We hope to rent again!

Such a great house and location

The condo was lovely. Very close to the shared beach access - maybe 200 ft away. Lovely view of the water and wildflowers. Big lawn to let the kids play around in. We got lucky and there were a bunch of other kids in other condos to play with our toddler outside. 10-minute walk into town. Inside, the house is wonderful. Definitely a lot of stairs but 4 massive bedrooms, great design. We would definitely stay here again. Especially with older kids, the awesome game room downstairs would be epic.

Best week at Rangeley in many visits

Marisa and Samir’s property is beautiful. The exterior grounds are nicely cared for and a family of deer returned every day to compete for the raspberries. We brought kayaks and kayaked every day, played cornhole in the backyard, hung out at the fire pit and read books on the porch. The neighbors were really nice. Inside the house was amazing. Too much to even describe - but overall design and layout suited our double family (in laws us) exceptionally well. Our last night we created a heptathalon of various games including ping pong, cornhole and indoor basketball - all which were included in the game room/ basement bar area. My sons and I trolled in kayaks and caught brook trout three of our days. We also caught native brook trout in nearby streams. One of the best weeks in the last few years. Hope to return next year.

Family vacation at Rangeley

We had an amazing family vacation at Samir and Marissa’s condo. It’s even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It’s very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had 9 adults and a medium sized dog and felt like there was plenty of space to spread out. We used the paddleboard and kayaks everyday. The dock was really great for happy hour and sunset. We’ve never been to the Rangeley area before and are so happy we chose this location! We even got to see a moose on an early morning drive to Stratton. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They even left a bottle of wine and a basket full of snacks for us. Really hoping to be back someday! Thank you Marissa and Samir!

Rangeley Lake Condo

Family of 5 with adult children in 20's had a relaxing vacation in this lovely condo. Plenty of space to spread out and kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill. Just a quick walk to the beach/lake which was so peaceful. The water was clean and warm and we used the kayak several times. From the deck, we watched the deer graze in the meadow, just beyond the yard, saw a bald eagle fly overhead while in the lake and heard the loons calling at night. It was also a quick walk downtown to grab coffee/go shopping. Two things to be aware of, the walk to the lake has a small downhill which may be issue for older folks and the 2nd bedroom on the second floor is between the bathroom and master BR, meaning the only way out of that room is thru the bathroom or the Master BR. May not be great for adults, young kids probably okay. We never ended up using it, as my in-laws ended up not coming. Overall a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation.
