This inviting apartment with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family building and offers you a comfortable place to stay for your next vacation. Of course, an elevator is available to help you easily reach the 2nd floor.
The apartment spans a generous 60 square meters and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Upon entering, the hallway leads directly to the tastefully designed bathroom and the spacious living area. Here you’ll find a modern kitchenette, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable sitting area with a TV—ideal for relaxing evenings after an eventful day.
Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed. There is a second TV in the bedroom. The entire apartment is lovingly tiled and exudes a cozy atmosphere.
Please note that pets are not allowed anywhere in our building and this is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is available for anyone who wants to stay connected while on vacation.

This approximately 60 m² vacation apartment on the 2nd floor is easily accessible by elevator and was extensively renovated in the winter of 2024–2025.
A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a spacious living area with an integrated kitchenette, await you. Instead of a traditional oven, a practical air fryer is provided. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, an exhaust hood, and a microwave. A stovetop, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator are, of course, also available.
The dining area with four chairs and the cozy sofa corner with a flat-screen TV invite you to relax.
The bedroom offers space for the whole family: with a double bed, a bunk bed, and a second TV.
Another highlight is the balcony with seating—perfect for enjoying the fresh North Sea air. A separate storage room is available for your bicycles, including a convenient charging station for e-bikes.
The apartment is equipped to be allergy-friendly and is therefore also ideally suited for guests with special needs.
