It’s a great starting point for bike rides, hikes, and golf (the Hart Golf Course is just 1 km away).The light-filled rooms are located on the first floor and can be accessed via a separate entrance. You’ll find an apartment with new hardwood parquet floors that complement the entire furnishings. Underfloor heating in every room ensures a comfortable indoor climate on colder days. A lockable room for your bicycles rounds out the amenities. Our vacation rental is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. The nearest bakery and supermarket are 4 km away. The surrounding towns offer numerous restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors, all of which are easily accessible by bike. It’s about a 10-minute ride to the Chiemsee beach and the Alzbad in Truchtlaching. The county seat of Traunstein, with its shopping options, is 12 km away; Salzburg is 40 km away, and Munich is 100 km away.<br> Our open-concept kitchen-living area invites you to cook, eat, and chat. It features a spacious kitchen-dining area that flows into the TV corner. The kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. In the TV corner, you’ll find a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a reading lamp. Take advantage of our free Wi-Fi. The bright bathroom features a rain shower and a real wood vanity.
