The “Lachmöwe” apartment is located on the second floor of a building constructed in the Nordic style
, just two minutes from the North Beach and the town center.
It’s beautiful here all year round, and every season has its own charm.

The “Lachmöwe” two-room apartment offers approximately 38 square meters of living space and faces the quiet garden side. The apartment was completely renovated in early 2021.

Our highlight: 2 free Gazelle bicycles are available for you to use!

Listen to your favorite music: Internet radio with CD player & DAB+ (Smart Radio Wi-Fi/Digital Radio/FM/CD/Bluetooth/USB/AUX, Spotify, Amazon Music).The sofa can easily be converted into a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.65 x 2.10 m).

A picnic backpack, including a picnic blanket, is provided for you.

The house features a private sauna (for a fee), a fitness room (free of charge), and a table tennis room (free of charge) for your use. Sauna towels are provided for you. Of course, a washing machine and dryer (both for a fee) are also included.

Our service includes all the amenities you would expect from a vacation rental service.
This includes a friendly welcome, an orientation to the local facilities, as well as freshly made beds and a sufficient supply of towels (initial supply).

Parking: There are several free parking spaces at the building. If these are occupied, you can park at a lot 350 meters away. This costs €2.00 per exit.

Inside the building, you have access to a private sauna (for a fee), a fitness room (free), and a table tennis room (free). Of course, a washing machine and dryer (both for a fee) are also included.
