Downstairs
Step inside to a cozy main living room. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. The dining room features an adjustable table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests, ideal for shared meals and celebrations.
For game nights and rainy days, the game room is stocked with options for everyone—from poker to puzzles and more.
Just off the main areas, the sunroom provides a bright and peaceful space to relax. With its door for privacy, it can easily be converted into an extra sleeping area if needed.
Also downstairs is a convenient half bathroom, as well as the primary bedroom suite, featuring a built in vanity as well as a large walk-in shower.

Upstairs
The second floor includes three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a playroom. One bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo—perfect for families. The playroom, accessible through one of the bedrooms, includes a twin bed and can be used as a fifth bedroom if needed.
