Experience mid-century charm & modern comfort in this refreshed home. Perfect for families, professionals, tourists, and OSU fans! Features 4 bedrooms—3 with queen beds and 1 with a daybed that extends to a king. Enjoy a bright living room, basement entertainment room, and dedicated office. 2 full baths (1 with soaking tub and full shower, 1 full shower with chair and handle on 1F). Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, patio dining, backyard with firepit. Dog-friendly (fee applies).
AMENITIES:
For the Remote Worker: High-speed WiFi, two bedrooms with desks, and a dedicated workspace room in basement.
For the Family with kids: Basement entertainment room with air hockey arcade table, 4-in-a-row game, and a projector with streaming apps. There are two TVs with streaming apps - One in the living room and one in the bedroom with daybed.
For the Chef: A fully equipped kitchen with cooking supplies, from pots and pans to oil and spices.
For the Pet Owner: A dog bed & 2 bowls available for use
For the outdoor lover: Patio dining space and Backyard fire pit with chairs
For Wellness: Yoga mat available in the house!
For Convenience: Two full bathrooms - one has a full shower with shower chair and a holding bar on 1F, one has full shower & soaking tub on the 2F in master bedroom. Washer and dryer available in basement

- 10-12 minutes drive to Downtown Columbus, OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus Convention Center, Nationwide Children's Hospital
- 15-20 minutes drive to Grant Medical Center, John Glenn Columbus International Airport, Easton Town Center, Columbus Zoo and Aquarium
You will have access to the entire home and property, including half of the driveway to park 4 cars. There is also a patio and backyard that are half fenced.
