★ Privacy ★
- The hot tub and lawn are maintained weekly. Please message us before your arrival if you have any privacy concerns or requests.
- Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front, and side of property; a doorbell camera is at the front door. No interior cameras.


★HOUSE RULES★
- Rental agreement & valid ID (via OwnerRez) required after booking. Front door code sent on arrival day after completion & security hold (if applicable)
- There is a $750.00 security deposit hold
- Respect neighbors: quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM
- Please bring your own firewood and charcoal. You can order both in instacart from the Lowes grocery store down the street.
- Lock doors/windows & turn off lights and appliances when out.
- Guests liable for damages
- Swim at your own risk
- No smoking
- No parties, unapproved pets, outside guests, or commercial use without written approval
- Supervise children at all times
- Report any damage so we can replace items
- Bugs are rare but possible—this is Texas! Home is professionally cleaned
- Leave home as found; don’t move furniture — $25+ fee if not followed
