Midtown is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots in the area.
We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased a gated parking space in the lot across the street from the building, and rent the space for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

☆Rental Policy☆
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $295, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

●Purchase optional add-on services
Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)
Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.
☆Cancellations+Alterations☆
Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the convenient location. We enjoyed the pool at night and in the morning and basically had it to ourselves both times. We enjoyed quality coffee each morning provided by the host, and also were able to walk to delicious Filipino food around the corner. We’d definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property! We were in St Louis to pack up my mother’s home and were exhausted at the end of each day and having this wonderful space to return to each evening was such a gift. The bed was so comfortable, it was so quiet we wondered if anyone else was even in the building the first few nights until we saw someone else. The hot water never ran out, the towels smelled fresh and it was immaculately clean. We could walk to 2 coffee shops and a delicious biscuit place. There was always a parking spot on the street in front of the building and we had no issues with feeling safe. We will use this property again in the future.
