This beautiful property is ideally located in the center of Daun, on a quiet side street. The downtown area is just a 5-minute walk away. You can park your car on the property for free. The house features a cozy kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room. It also has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. In front of the house, you’ll find a small, sunny outdoor seating area.
The county seat of Daun is located in the heart of the Vulkaneifel region and is known as a health resort for its healthy climate. In addition to lovely shops, there are numerous restaurants and cafés. Daun also has a wildlife and adventure park with fun play areas for children.
You’ll find some very beautiful places to visit in the area around Daun. Particularly worth mentioning are the many volcanic lakes, also known as “maars,” where you can swim in the summer. The region offers numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as sports activities such as Nordic walking, tennis, bocce, and mountain biking.
We highly recommend a bike ride along the Maare-Mosel Bike Trail, which leads from Daun through the charming countryside to Bernkastel on the Moselle. A bike shuttle will then take you comfortably back to your starting point.
