Heustube - Ferienwohnung Lungmuß

We offer two newly renovated and lovingly furnished non-smoking vacation apartments (70 square meters) on our farm in eastern Erfurt, yet still very close to the Old Town (4 km). The city center is easily accessible by bus or car in 10 minutes. The apartment features one bedroom with twin beds and another with a double bed. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and more. You can access the apartment via a separate outdoor staircase. A cozy seating area is available in the courtyard. A parking space is located right next to the house.

We’d be happy to show you Erfurt’s beautiful Old Town during a romantic carriage ride, which you can book with us. There are also many other day trip destinations within easy reach of our place, such as the Erfurt Steigerwald, the ega, the trade fair grounds, the Hohenfelden Reservoir with the Avenida-Therme, the “City of Classics” Weimar, and Oberhof. We look forward to your visit.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Erfurt charges a lodging tax of 5% on the room rate (excluding breakfast). This applies to all guests, including those staying for strictly business purposes. The lodging tax is charged separately and is not included in the listed prices.
Starting in 2027, the lodging tax will increase to 7% of the overnight stay price (excluding breakfast).







Heustube:

We rent out our second, newly renovated and furnished vacation apartment in the annex of our farm, located east of Erfurt in the Urbich district. It features a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed (1.40 m). In addition, our vacation rental has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric kettle, spices). The living room features a cozy couch, a coffee table, a large TV, and a radio. Our vacation rental has a separate entrance with an outdoor area for smokers and enjoyable barbecue evenings. Transportation connections in all directions are excellent; it’s 4 km to downtown Erfurt (10 min.), and the bus runs every 20 minutes daily.There are many attractions in the surrounding area, such as the city of Weimar, the Avenida-Therme, the Hohenfelden Reservoir, Erfurt’s Old Town, the Ega Garden Show, Oberhof, and more. The price for 2 people is 70 euros. The minimum stay is 2 nights.The price includes bed linens, towels, and the cleaning fee for the vacation rental. Parking is available right next to the house. Optionally, you’re welcome to book a horse-drawn carriage ride with us according to your preferences. Starting October 1, 2017, the city of Erfurt charges a 5% cultural promotion tax for every private, non-business-related overnight stay. We look forward to your visit.
