Thanks to its unique location, the well-known vacation destination of Windorf enjoys a very mild and pleasant climate. The Danube, an extensive network of hiking trails, and a wide range of activities—including Nordic walking, biking, tennis, and much more—make it one of Lower Bavaria’s most popular vacation spots. Traditional inns with excellent cuisine are waiting to pamper you. The detached Rose vacation home features comfortable, rustic furnishings: the kitchen is equipped with cookware and tableware, a coffee maker, toaster, electric stove with oven, etc.; the living room features a dining area, satellite TV, a sofa set, a fireplace or tiled stove, a furnished patio, and a balcony. The house includes a garden with a lawn for sunbathing, a shared parking area, or parking available right next to the house. The layout is as follows: 4 bedrooms, of which 1 bedroom has a double bed, 1 bedroom has a French bed, 1 bedroom has a single bed, and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. One bathroom with a shower and toilet. A separate kitchen. A large living room with a dining area. Pets are allowed upon request. A 25% advance payment is due immediately upon booking. The remaining 75% must be transferred to our account no later than 30 days before arrival. You can find the account number in our Terms and Conditions. Upon move-in, the tenant must pay a security deposit of 100 euros per house. Utility costs for gas, electricity, water, and any other requested additional services (bed linens 14 euros/set, bath towel 3.50 per piece, hand towel 2.5 per piece, dish towel 1.50 per piece, pet 10 euros per day) will be billed by the property manager based on actual usage. This amount must be paid in cash upon checkout, after the security deposit paid at the start of the rental has been applied. A crib and high chair are included in the price. Group or contractor bookings are only available upon request! Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
