The smallest apartment is a one-room apartment for singles (029-53), and the largest apartment sleeps 6 and features 2 bathrooms (029-51). Apartment 029-50 can accommodate up to 3 people, as can apartment 029-52.



The vacation home is located southwest of downtown (Nordseepassage, train station, Marktstraße). Restaurants, retail stores, supermarkets, bakeries, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and banks are nearby and easily accessible on foot. The Nordseepassage is 1.3 km away. The shortest route to the North Sea is 2.3 km. If you walk east along the waterfront, you’ll reach the popular Südstrand Promenade in just over a kilometer.
