Luxurious 3-bedroom apartment (106 m²) in the center of Klösterle am Arlberg

This like-new, luxuriously furnished apartment is centrally located yet quiet, right in the heart of Klösterle am Arlberg.

It is located in Building D of the Arlberg Resort Klösterle. The apartments there were sold by the developer to private individuals for their own use and for rental. We rent it out when we are not there ourselves. The resort’s facilities are not available.

A 2-minute walk takes you to the (ski) bus, supermarket, bakery, 2 restaurants, organic outdoor pool, and archery range.

In winter, the Sonnenkopf family ski area and the premier Arlberg ski region—including the towns of Lech, Zürs, Stuben, St. Christoph, and St. Anton—are less than 10 minutes away by ski bus—so you can leave your car in the garage.
In summer, Klösterle serves as the starting point for fantastic mountain hikes, including to the beautiful Spullersee with the Ravensburger Hütte or—with the help of a lift—in the Sonnenkopf hiking area.

The apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds (1 double bed, 2 sets of 2 sliding single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with a tub and shower screen, 1 with a shower), a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen and a fireplace, and a covered balcony that catches the evening sun.

There is free Wi-Fi, a large LCD TV, and a high-quality stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity. The kitchen features a large ceramic cooktop, convection oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc. For doing laundry in between stays, there is a washer with a dryer function. In the ski room, we have two heated, lockable ski lockers for all the gear of six people—skis, poles, boots, helmets, and gloves.

You can reach the house in 5 minutes via the highway (take the Klösterle or Langen exit) or by train directly to Langen am Arlberg, followed by a 5-minute taxi ride.
