The Space:

Enjoy 24/7 self check-in and easy access to one of Downtown Miami’s newest luxury buildings, District 225. This brand-new 1BR/1BA sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed + sofa bed, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove—plus a coffee maker. The unit features a modern living room with smart TV, dedicated workspace, a dining table for two, and a balcony with city views. The bedroom has a TV and a walk-in closet. You’ll also enjoy a modern, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.

Check-in / Registration: Present a photo ID, the reservation address, and the contact info for all occupants (max 4), the staff will provide wristbands for all adult guests; you have to keep it during your entire stay. Lost wristband fee: $10.

Access items: You’ll receive a key fob (unit/building access) and a parking card (for the parking lot across the street). A lost key fob or card fee applies.

Parking: Drive to 47–57 NW 2nd St, Miami, FL 33128, park in the first available space, and move your car every 24 hours to avoid towing.

From District 225 you’re minutes from Bayside Marketplace and the Kaseya Center for shopping, dining, concerts, and major events. You’re also close to the Brightline station for easy trips to Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach (and beyond), with quick access to Brickell’s financial district. PortMiami, Miami International Airport, and Miami Beach are all a short ride away.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from District 225:

Walkable: Many Downtown spots are reachable on foot (restaurants, cafés, Bayside, Kaseya Center).

Metromover (free): Quick, free loop around Downtown/Brickell connections.

Metrorail: Fast access to areas across Miami; connects to the airport via the Orange Line (transfer as needed).

Brightline: Nearby station for high-speed trips to Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach (and select Orlando service).

Buses: Multiple Miami-Dade bus routes run through Downtown for local travel.

Rideshare/taxis: Uber/Lyft are plentiful and convenient day and night.

Driving/Parking: Rare perk—free public parking steps from the building (subject to availability).
