• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

Late Check-Out Policy

Late check-out requests are subject to availability:

• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 25% of the daily rate
• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 50% of the daily rate
• After 6:00 PM: Full daily rate applies

Guest Regulations

• For Arab passport holders, couples must provide an official marriage certificate
• Visitors of the opposite sex are not permitted unless they are first-degree relatives
