Make this your home base and enjoy Tahoe in comfort. Spacious 2BR/2BA condo in Tahoe City with king bed, queen/full bunk, and a massive cozy couch big enough for everyone made for après lounging—sleeps up to 6. Just 15 min drive to Palisades & Northstar, 5 min drive to town, and less than a half mile forest walk to the lake with sandy beach. Hot tub, sauna, pools, private deck, full kitchen, W/D, and parking for 2 right out front.

• Both bedrooms upstairs, along with one full bathroom, keeping sleeping areas quiet and warm
• Primary bedroom with a king bed, dresser, and storage closet
• Second bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a queen mattress on the bottom and a full mattress on top, plus dresser and closet
• Downstairs living area includes the family room and second full bathroom—ideal for boot changes, gear staging, and après-ski lounging, games, and tv

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including a private deck for relaxing.
The pool and hot tub are shared with other residents and conveniently located just 20 yards away. The home is fully stocked with all towels, linens, toiletries. cooking and bakeware. Guests will also find coffee pods, sugar, creamer, and a selection of spices and condiments provided for added convenience.

Snow plowing policy in effect during snow storms-
SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT, IN THE UNIT—with keys and the ability to move all vehicle(s) parked in front of the unit—between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
IF THE UNT IS UNOCCUPIED (ie, your group leaves to go skiing or out for the day) - or will be unavailable to move vehicles during the hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. NO VEHICLES MAY BE PARKED IN FRONT OF THE UNIT. Park vehicles in the overflow lots, space permitting.
