This newly built and lovingly furnished semi-detached house is located in a quiet, sunny spot in the small town of Korswandt. The seaside resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin are just a few minutes’ drive away. The beautiful Lake Wolgast is perfect for swimming and is just a few minutes’ walk away. A café, a restaurant, and a bike rental shop are located in the immediate vicinity, and the surrounding hiking and biking trails invite you to explore the area.

This half of the house, with 70 square meters of living space, spans two floors and offers plenty of room for four people. On the first floor is the large, open living and kitchen area, complete with a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to everyday essentials, features an oven, refrigerator, and ceramic cooktop. A modern sofa arrangement with a reading chair rounds out the amenities. Especially during the colder months, the fireplace provides cozy warmth. In the summer, you can enjoy the large terrace, where you’ll be treated to plenty of sunshine thanks to its south-facing orientation. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower. On the upper floor of the house are the two bedrooms as well as another large bathroom with a shower (low step). The larger of the two bedrooms features a double bed. The smaller room is furnished with two single beds.
There is one parking space next to the house. You can store your bicycles in a separate storage room attached to the house. Wi-Fi is not available.
