You’ll find us right on the old Elbe dike in Marschacht. This detached house was built more than 120 years ago. At the time, it stood atop the dike and initially served as the home of the local shepherd.
At the beginning of the last century, it was nearly completely destroyed by fire. However, its charming location on the dike ensured time and again that the building was constantly given new life. Time and again, it was lovingly maintained and restored to meet the changing needs of its residents. Its eventful history is hidden in every corner.
