Spend the best time of the year on vacation or a short getaway at our welcoming home in the Eifel region, nestled between the Eifel National Park and the Eifel Volcanic Region, featuring a sauna and terrace.
Just a 5-minute drive from Kronenburg Swimming Lake, complete with a sunbathing area, shaded spots, and dining options.
The “Auszeit” vacation apartment, at 73 square meters, features a ground-level entrance and a sun terrace and is located in a former detached farmhouse, 9 km from the Belgian border.
Located in the village of Baasem (population 400), the property offers the charm of the Eifel while being close to Cologne and Trier. (approx. 60 min)

The location is particularly well-suited for motorcyclists and convertible drivers traveling to the Ardennes/Belgium, the Vulkan Eifel, Luxembourg, the Moselle, and the Nürburgring.
Hiking, biking, and Nordic walking are all possible right from the accommodation.
The vacation rental was completed in April 2020 and is designed for 2 people. There is the option of an additional sleeping arrangement for 2 people in a high-quality bunk bed measuring 2 m x 1.40 m, located in the passageway between the living room and the bathroom.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people.
The bathroom includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower, among other amenities.
The terrace features wooden furniture, a grill, and a sauna.
Parking for cars and motorcycles, as well as a garage for bicycles, are available on the property.

Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM.
