Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.
The public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.
-The building is secured with a private pin code which you will be provided.
- Bedroom 3 is an add-on space in the living room area and is like a den with a barn door.
- The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 6′9”.
- The hot tub is a shared amenity and is subject to scheduled maintenance conducted by The building management. The hot tub can be booked online for up to half hour per day.
- There is only 1 parking spot available and tandem parking is prohibited. No back-to-back parking.

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
