Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.

- This unit is connected to an adjacent unit. For your privacy and comfort, the door between them remains securely locked.

- If you need more space, we have another property within the complex that can be booked separately, subject to availability.

-Construction is currently underway on both sides of the building during working hours. There may be some occasional noise associated with this activity.

-This building is conveniently located right next to the highway.

-The underground heated parking has a maximum height capacity of 7`3`

-The shared amenities such as the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center and fire pit are subject to scheduled maintenance conducted by the building management. If temperatures reach -20°C or lower, the pool will be closed temporarily during those extreme temperatures for safety and operational reasons.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 12 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

9. Please remember to return the key fob to the unit. If the key fob does not get returned or if it gets lost, there is a fine of $200CAD.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
