It stays wonderfully cool in the summer!<br><br>It measures approximately 60 square meters and can accommodate 2 people.<br><br>The price includes:<br>bed linens, dish towels, bath towels, and shower towels.<br>Satellite TV and Wi-Fi.<br><br>A lockable storage area for 2 bicycles is available.<br><br>Located in the basement (6 steps down) with a private entrance, it consists of a living room, bedroom, 2 hallways, a kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom.<br><br>Room amenities:<br><br>Kitchen with dining area:<br>The new, high-quality kitchen features a large refrigerator, induction cooktop, large dishwasher, raised oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, tea kettle, toaster, radio with CD player, and much more.<br><br>The dining room has an extendable table, giving you plenty of space for a cozy game night.<br>These two rooms are separated by 2 steps!<br><br>------------------------------------------------------<br>Bedroom:<br>The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 m x 2 m) with electric slatted frames and two nightstands.<br>A large wardrobe with a mirror and two dressers provide plenty of space for your belongings.<br>The bedroom features an exterior blind on the large window, ensuring you a peaceful night’s sleep.<br><br>------------------------------------------------------<br><br>Living Room:<br>The living room has been furnished with a new couch.<br>A large flat-screen TV (126 cm screen diagonal) with a receiver is available for your use.<br>The living room also features exterior blinds.<br><br>------------------------------------------------------<br>Bathroom:<br>The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub featuring a shower attachment and a window. A radio can be turned on using the light switch.<br><br>------------------------------------------------------<br>The entire apartment is a non-smoking apartment.<br><br>The triple-pane windows ensure peace and quiet.<br><br>Garden use/shared garden:<br>You are welcome to use our garden. Two different seating areas are available for your use.<br><br>Pets are not allowed.<br><br>Check-in from 4:00 PM<br>Check-out by 10:00 AM<br><br>Surroundings:<br>The vacation rental is located in a two-family home in a quiet residential area with very little traffic (play street).<br>We, the hosts, live in the same house.<br><br>A Rewe supermarket and a Kaufland are nearby.<br><br>You can reach downtown Höxter with a leisurely 10-minute walk, or in less than five minutes by car.<br><br>Our vacation rental is just a few minutes away from St. Ansgar Hospital and the rehabilitation clinic.
