The area may experience occasional power outages; however, the apartment is equipped with a power inverter for added comfort.

No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect neighbors.
Compliance: All guests must follow all Airbnb policies, including providing a valid phone number.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Visitors: Up to 2 daytime visitors are allowed.
Overnight visitors must be declared at booking.
After the second guest, a fee of US$10 per guest per night applies.
Undeclared Guests: A fee of US$20 per undeclared guest per night will be charged.
Lost Items: Lost keys, remotes, or keycards incur a US$50 replacement fee.
Damaged Linens: Stained or damaged linens will be charged US$30 per item.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A US$250 penalty applies if violated.
Prohibited Items: Illegal drugs, hookah, and similar items are not allowed. Non-compliance may result in eviction.
Loudspeakers: Loudspeakers are not permitted in the apartment or common areas and may be confiscated.
Cleaning: Excessive mess or improper use of the space may result in additional cleaning fees.
Late Check-Out:
US$50 for up to 30 minutes late
After 2 hours, an additional night’s rate applies
Property Access: In case of complaints or emergencies, we reserve the right to access the apartment to resolve the issue without prior notice.
Local Residents: Local residents must contact the host before booking.
Violations: Any rule violation may lead to immediate cancellation and removal without refund.
