A Break by the Lake

This newly built house is located in the Lakeside Village resort, offers a wonderful view of the lake, and is just a few meters away from it. On the spacious terrace, you can enjoy the magical sunset—a grill is provided for your use.

In addition to 4 bedrooms (2 of which have a lake view), each with a double box-spring bed (a crib can be added upon request) (one Smart TV per bedroom), 2 bathrooms (each with a hair dryer), and 2 additional guest restrooms, you’ll find a flat-screen Smart TV (living area), a Blu-ray player, a radio/CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave. A washing machine is, of course, also available.
The living area is separated from the hallway, coat closet, and staircase by a door.

You can spend cozy evenings in the lovingly furnished living and dining area (books, board games, and various children’s toys are waiting for you). You can also take advantage of the free Wi-Fi. In addition, a pellet stove, along with electric heating, provides cozy warmth (child safety gates are available).

The vacation home (120 m²) is larger than most other homes in the resort.
This means the individual bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate a closet, a dresser, and two nightstands in each. A crib can also be provided there.
The building is located in the second row and offers a wonderful view. Despite its central location, it is quiet, as there is no through traffic.

Do you need a boat slip at the dock? We’d be happy to arrange this for you upon request (subject to availability).

The key safe ensures your independence:
Contactless and flexible key pickup and drop-off upon arrival and departure.
If you have a long trip home and are planning to leave in the early morning hours, you can simply return the key to the safe and depart whenever you’d like.

Cleaning fee: 65 euros (already included in the listed apartment price); bed linens and towel package included!

If you need space for more people, the neighboring house (up to 8 people) can also be booked by arrangement!

The location is perfect for many different excursions.

Even in winter, you can enjoy numerous activities from here: ice skating, winter hikes, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, sledding, or skiing in the region’s three ski areas: Lipno/Kramolin, Hochficht, and Sterngartl—there’s also a children’s lift in Frymburk.

Český Krumlov is 25 km away, and Bad Leonfelden is 28 km away.

The complex is still under construction. However, this only affects the upper section, so there is no impact on the house. Nevertheless, a construction discount is already included in the price.
