Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, our apartment offers easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is within walking distance of Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar, and the Burj Khalifa. This makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.



The apartment features contemporary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double-bed with ensuite bathroom, making it perfect for family or group of friends.



The spacious open-plan dining and sitting area, complete with satellite TV, is ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The Dubai Mall is just a 6-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in stunning skyline views. The living area is bright and airy, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the space.
