The front door is accessed via a short flight of stairs.

Inside, to the right of the front door, there is a small guest restroom; to the left is a staircase leading down to the vaulted cellar. The entryway opens onto the kitchen and offers plenty of space for a coat rack.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped for daily needs, including a toaster, electric kettle, and Senseo coffee maker.

The other half of the first floor is occupied by the living and dining room. Here you’ll find a modern dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a cozy sitting area with a table, a 65" TV, and a small stereo system.

In the entryway is the staircase leading to the first floor. There is a large bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed and a small sitting area. Also on this floor is the modern bathroom, featuring a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink.

The attic has two additional bedrooms, each with a 1.40-meter-wide bed. There is also another bathroom here with a sink and toilet.

The house has central heating.

The house is located in Mechernich-Gehen, in a quiet area on a small street with very little traffic. There are also various shopping options in the neighboring town of Kommern, less than 1.5 km away.
