Spacious, fully equipped vacation home (65 m²) with a covered patio and a wood-burning stove

When you open the front door, you step into a cozy entryway. Through a glass door, you can already see into the living room, and from here you have a breathtaking view through the large panoramic window all the way to Bayreuth and Franconian Switzerland. The very cozy living room features a comfortable sitting area, a rustic dining area, a desk, and a wood-burning stove. A new LCD TV, radio, two phones, a CD player, and an Internet connection (including Wi-Fi) are provided and offer plenty of entertainment on rainy days. The TV, CD player, and seating are brand-new. A large wooden sliding door leads from the living room into the bedroom, which features a double bed 1.40 meters wide. By opening this sliding door, you can transform the two separate rooms into one large living-bedroom. The small, romantic bathroom with a toilet, sink, and bathtub with shower is very inviting. Next to the bedroom and the bathroom is a smaller room with a large built-in closet and another bed (1.00 m x 2.00 m). The charming kitchen, with its blue-painted wooden cabinets, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator (though without a freezer compartment), microwave, cookware, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a toaster. There is no oven. Both the kitchen and the living room open onto the covered patio, which features a very nice seating area and electric lighting. For cooler evenings, there is also a patio heater.On the property itself, there’s also a lovely children’s playground with a seesaw, swing, slide, and playhouse. A parking spot for guests has also been gedacht.Im In winter, you can keep the cottage cozy and warm with gas heaters. There’s also a fireplace in the living room. There is plenty of firewood available, and it is, of course, included in the price. However, during heavy snowfall, access to the house cannot be guaranteed. The wonderful view and the snow-covered garden more than make up for it, though. A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed for a fee of 7.50 EUR per pet per night. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Keys are typically handed over in person by the host. Please let us know your exact check-in time at least 12 hours before arrival. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
