This lovely ground-floor flat has a quiet location on the outskirts of Silz. It is spacious and comfortably furnished. The large garden with a rustic gazebo and a barbecue is the ideal place for an unforgettable summer evening. Just what you need after a day of swimming in the pool shared with the owner (open from May to September). You end the day in style with a drink under the apple tree or in the living room with TV. Lovely!

As soon as you drive into Ötz's picturesque valley, you are welcomed by majestic mountain peaks towering high above the villages. In the winter months, the landscape is covered in a blanket of snow, making Ötz a true paradise for skiers and snowboarders. The ski bus stops 500 metres away and takes you directly to Ötz and the Ötztal-Arena ski area.

On a sunny day, choose to explore the local culture. Visit the Ötzi Village, a lively reconstruction of a Copper Age settlement in honour of the famous ice mummy Ötzi. Take a stroll through the village and discover its rich history dating back to long before our time, or visit AREA 47, 7 km away: the famous outdoor adventure park in Ötztal
