One of a kind home/Unique property! NEW! Soundfront BEACH, 2 POOLS, MOORING

Our home, Sea Diamond, sits at the edge of 100+ acres of county dunes and beach. Decks and pools face these dunes as well as the sound and private beach with glass rails so nothing impedes the views. Take your morning coffee and walk straight from the house for more than a mile down the beach and see no one! Only a handful of people ever use the land because you have to walk through the dunes to get to the water from the public street. Did you bring your jet ski or shallow draft boat? We have a mooring in front of the house where you can tie up for the week. No need to put in or take out your boat each day. That's what makes this property completely unique. No neighbors to the north or the east.

The elevated deck has two swimming pools. This is the only home on Navarre Beach with two pools. One for adults and one for the kids? Up to you! And because it's elevated, it's sand free! The chef's kitchen opens to the pool deck and outdoor dining and ease of grabbing a snack or cold drink anytime. The 1000sq ft great room has soaring windows and sliders to the north deck and the pool deck, wet bar, huge winding cloud sofa and dining. One king bedroom with beautiful canopy bed and en suite bathroom with walk in tiled shower is on the main floor of the home and sliders open to access the pool deck or the front south side hot tub! (Note-Hot tub is scheduled to arrive by July 1st so it may not be available for guests before that date). Perfect views over the dunes and sound.

Even walking upstairs is an experience. Notice the stair risers are tiled to match the kitchen. On the landing, stop to enjoy the unique art from around the world. For 30 years, we have been in the hospitality and travel business as international tour directors and scuba diving instructors. The art in our home reflects our world travels.

Two king bedrooms are on the top floor with spectacular views, luxury canopy beds and gorgeous en suite bathrooms with walk in tiled showers. Both have sliders that open to an upper deck with a large comfy day bed for an afternoon book or a nap with a view!

The colorful bunk area sleeps 6 in XL twin bunks so can be used by kids or adults. Dr. Seuss could have decorated in here!

The Grand Suite is completely unique and over 1000 sq feet with large walk-in closet. The sexy 63 sq ft shower with oversized rain head and two shower towers is the envy of every person who has walked into the suite. Contractors took photos as we were building it and sent everyone to go look. Next to the shower is a gorgeous free standing tub looking toward the glass wall out to the sound. The king bed under canopy and massive chandelier looks out through six huge windows and a towering 16' wall of glass to the sound. Electric blinds let you open and close at a touch of a button. There is a private deck outside the Grand Suite.

And of course, there is an elevator for ease of access to all floors of the home.

The feel of being in the home is as if you are the only ones on the whole island. Since this is our primary home, we only open it to guests for 12 weeks in the summer.
