The apartment is located on the upper floor of a high-end, modern city villa. You can access it via an outdoor staircase with a private entrance. The townhouse is a smoke-free property, though the terrace is available for smoking breaks. An information folder prepared especially for you will help you get your vacation off to a pleasant and enjoyable start.


In this 81 m² non-smoking apartment, you’ll enjoy your own comfortable indoor climate designed for relaxation and well-being. This is ensured by a ventilation system that automatically supplies all rooms with fresh air and expels stale air to the outside. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib.


Through an enclosed entryway, you’ll step into a large, light-filled living area featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. Here you’ll find a cozy TV nook with a seating area, coffee table, and smart TV with a 3D sound Blu-ray system, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. You can light the easy-to-use ethanol fireplace at any time and round off the evening with a glass of wine.


In the small play area, the children are the heroes battling dinosaurs and the drivers of their vehicles. Books and games ensure exclusive living comfort and cozy evenings.



Outside, you’ll find a cozy, furnished terrace with a grill (provided) and a sunshade, as well as a parking space (free of charge) and a place to store your bicycles.

Both bedrooms each feature a double bed with adjustable slatted frames (1 x 1.80 x 2.00 m & 1 x 1.60 x 2.00 m), nightstands, a spacious closet, and a smart TV with a DVD player. A travel crib fits comfortably here. The cozy and comfortable blackout curtains protect you from the morning light, and the fly screen keeps insects out.


The apartment also includes an additional small storage room for storing suitcases and bags.


In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in, floor-level shower accessible from both sides, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a sink. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment keeps your feet warm.


All rooms feature light-colored wood-look floor tiles, which enhance the cozy atmosphere.


Internet access (Wi-Fi) is free.
